We’re an independent restaurant and bar with a passion for exceptional food, drink, and guest experiences—and we’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our team and elevate our service.

About You:

You’re experienced, confident, and calm under pressure. With a solid background in restaurant and bar service, you bring a hands-on approach and a genuine love for hospitality. Whether it’s recommending the perfect wine, shaking up a great cocktail, or stepping in to keep the floor running smoothly, you’re a natural leader with an eye for detail and a heart for people.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong experience in busy bar and restaurant environments

Solid cocktail and wine knowledge

A confident, proactive problem-solver

A positive, team-first attitude

Professionalism, personality, and passion in equal measure

What You’ll Do:

Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar

Lead by example on the floor and behind the bar

Work closely with management to maintain high standards

Deliver warm, attentive service to every guest

Motivate and support your team through busy shifts

£25.000 + tips

Full time Wednesday to Saturday 

3 days off a week 

Restaurant closes 6 weeks per year for annual leave , paid holiday when the restaurant is closed.
