- JUNIOR CHEF POSITION-

We are looking for a passionate Junior Chef to join our small, professional , Michelin Guide  kitchen team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone just out of college or with 2 to 3 years of years of experience in working kitchens under their belt, who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a supportive, knowledgeable environment.

We’re an independent, michelin guide restaurant and bar with a passion for exceptional food, drink, and guest experiences and we’re looking for a bartender to help lead our team and elevate our service!

About You:

You’re experienced, confident, and calm under pressure. With a solid background in restaurant and bar service, you bring a hands-on approach and a genuine love for hospitality. Whether it’s recommending the perfect wine, shaking up a great cocktail, or stepping in to keep the floor running smoothly, you’re a natural leader with an eye for detail and a heart for people.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong experience in busy bar and restaurant environments

Solid cocktail and wine knowledge

A confident, proactive problem-solver

A positive, team-first attitude

Professionalism, personality, and passion in equal measure

What You’ll Do:

Support the day-to-day running of our busy bar

Lead by example behind the bar

Work closely with management to maintain high standards

Deliver warm, attentive service to every guest

Motivate and support your team through busy shifts

£25.000 + tips

Full time Wednesday to Saturday 

3 days off a week
